Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and fees, which are levied by your country. VENAO does NOT collect duty or sales tax for international orders and cannot predict what your charges may be. If you do incur these charges, they must be paid in full in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty and/or taxes when the package is delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the client to investigate and understand the associated costs prior to purchase. If the courier charges VENAO for duty and/or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill the credit card on file with notice.
