Each swimsuit is handmade to order by our exclusive team of tailors. We take pride in meticulous quality control and inspect each garment before packaging. For orders within Canada the garment is shipped by standard ground shipping and will arrive within 14-21 days.

For EXPRESS and INTERNATIONAL orders please contact us directly for the cost and delivery times. Include your full address for accurate information.

If a package is refused delivery by the international client without prior arrangement with VENAO, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.​​

NOTE: By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.

Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. The design department will provide an estimate on the delivery date to you. You will be immediately notified via email regarding any changes or adjustments to the expected delivery date.

If you place a custom order together with items in the regular collection, all the items in your order will ship at the same time. If you wish to receive the non-custom order items sooner please place a separate order. All custom order items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund. The custom item can be tailored only once, shipping charges to be covered by the customer.
