RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY​

 

​VENAO is committed to your complete satisfaction with the garment. If you would like to exchange the size or the style, please ship the item back, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and hygienic liner.

Contact VENAO via email to receive a form and RN number for your return within 7 business days of receiving the original shipment. Return items must arrive at VENAO within 15 business days of the issuance of the RN number. Item arriving after 15 days or not in their original condition will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

We do not offer exchanges on any items marked final sale. To determine if an item is final sale please refer to the item description.
 

No refunds for products will be issued. You may exchange an item or receive a store credit towards your next purchase.

** All packages being mailed back from outside of Canada must be marked "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration. Any fees incurred for items improperly marked on the customs declaration will be billed back to the customer.

Please allow up to 30 days for VENAO to process the return, to create a new garment and to deliver.

 

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. VENAO will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

Only one exchange per item is allowed. Any further exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Given the lengthy and delicate process of creating each swimsuit, VENAO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive requests for exchanges.

Offers may be subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. You will be informed of any and such adjustments by email before they are made.


DAMAGED / DEFECTED ITEMS

Each item is carefully checked prior to packaging. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, VENAO will replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. However, if the item is replaceable refund requests will not be granted.

 

* Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Chlorine and sun tan lotions may cause fading, yellowing and/or stains. These are not considered defects and will not be replaced.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed without penalty. A full refund will be issued. Email us at info@venaostore.com within that time period.​
 

A 15% cancellation fee will apply to any order that is cancelled between 24 and 72 hours after being placed.

In the case of CUSTOM ORDERS, contact us within 24 hours with any adjustments, as the designers will start work on your garment right away. All custom order items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
